Who this is for

This mini-course is written for emotionally sensitive people: anyone who feels things deeply, gets told they are “too much,” or is tired of pushing through big emotions. You do not need a diagnosis, a therapist, or any DBT experience. You just need an inbox.

Who is teaching

Debbie DeMarco Bennett, MA, founder of DBT Path and New Harbinger author of Stronger Than BPD, trained through Behavioral Tech, the training organization founded by DBT creator Dr. Marsha Linehan.

Debbie has personally taught every DBT Path cohort since 2013 and teaches from lived experience, alongside co-teacher Dr. Kathryn C. Holt, PhD, LCSW.
