By the time our work together is done, you’ll have learned, practiced, and be implementing into your life all of the skills that helped me overcome BPD.
You’ll have built up invaluable inner resources to call upon in times of emotional distress, strategies to implement to reduce your emotion suffering, and skills to support you in following through on goals and strengthening your relationships.
When you take a class with me, it’s like having your own virtual mother hen who has been there, done that, and understands with great empathy and compassion your struggles and fears.
I will support you, encourage you, and teach you everything I know that has changed my life so you can be empowered you to change yours.
What I believe it all boils down to is this: We need an advocate – somebody on our side. Someone who believes in us, is non-judgmental, and who has been through it and come out the other end with long-term success. That’s me, and I want to be there for YOU.
